TheraSIP operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TheraSIP is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TheraSIP reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until TheraSIP confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as TheraSIP may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to our No Returns Policy. Due to the nature of medical devices, all sales are final.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 3A - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of medical devices and for health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, TheraSIP does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left our facility.
All sales are final. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
Exceptions are made only if an item arrives defective or damaged in transit. If this occurs, you must notify TheraSIP within seven (7) days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. If approved, TheraSIP will replace the defective product or issue store credit at its sole discretion.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, to ensure successful processing and communication.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
TheraSIP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Any claims for damage in transit must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.

All trademarks, names, logos, product designs, images, text, and other materials on the Services are the property of TheraSIP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

TheraSIP is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and transactions are made directly with TheraSIP. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase or any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services sold by TheraSIP.
