CTAR Ball® COMPLETE KIT

The CTAR®Ball Complete Kit features everything you need including the CTAR SmarterFIT Ball, No-Slip Band, Air Adjuster, Air Pump and Instructional card.  This CTAR is designed for those not wanting a "hard feel" yet offers necessary resistance. This ball can easily be used hands free due to the texture and size. Although larger than our other balls, the soft compression works for all sized individuals.. The No-Slip Band keeps the pvc skin of the ball off sensitive skin and  aids with positioning the ball.. The CTAR SmarterFIT was engineered  with a more user-friendly weight and material  yet provides the necessary resistance to exercise the swallowing muscles. Additionally, this CTAR ball works for multi directional chin tuck against resistance exercises where the ball is positioned on either side as the chin tilts to perform the drills.
